How-To Manual: Store.Smartcall


How to register:

1. Go to www.store.smartcall.co.za

2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Register if you are a new customer.  Select Login if you are an existing customer and use your chosen Login

    credentials to enter.

3. Once on the registration page, fill in your personal details, your address and create a password. Once all the details are filled in, tick the box to agree to the

    Privacy Policy and select Continue.

4. When the account has successfully been created, you will receive a confirmation email sent to you.  Once received, click on the link to confirm

     your email address. 

5. If you have not received an email within 60 minutes please select the Contact Us option.

 

How to make a purchase:

1. Go to www.store.smartcall.co.za and make sure that you are logged into your account.

2. Select an item that you want to purchase and then click on Add to Cart.

3. Once the item has successfully been added to your cart, select Your Shopping Cart to view your item.

4. If you are sure about the product and quantity, select Check-Out. If you would like to add products select Continue Shopping.

5. Upon Check Out, it may prompt you to Login again. 

6. Follow the steps as prompted

Step 2: Billing Details:  Select your existing address or enter a new address.

Step 3: Delivery Details: Use your existing address or enter a new address.

Step 4: Delivery Details: Shows the flat rate for shipping.  Add comments about your order.

Step 5: Payment Method: Select to pay with either Credit Card or with Smartload account.  Add comments about your order.  If you have a Coupon Code, enter it. 

             Tick the Terms & Conditions box and select Continue.  

Step 6: Confirm Order:  Ensure your order is correct and select Submit.

If Credit Card Payment is selected it will automatically take you through to a banking site where online banking steps will take place.

If Smartload is selected you will be asked to enter your Smartload cellphone number and pin in order to check your balance. If there are enough funds, continue with payment.

7. If the purchase is successful an email will be sent to you with your tracking details.


How to make a purchase (SmartUp):

1. Go to www.store.smartcall.co.za and make sure that you are logged into your account.

2. Select a SmartUp item that you want to purchase and then click on Add to Cart.

3. Once the item has successfully been added to your cart, select Your Shopping Cart to view your item.

4. If you are sure about the product and quantity, select Check-Out. If you would like to add products select Continue Shopping.

5. Upon Check Out, it may prompt you to Login again. 

6. Because a SIM card is delivered as well, it will ask you to select the type of SIM you require.  Select an option and press continue.

7. Upon checkout, you will be required to upload a copy of your Identification and proof of residence.  We need to RICA the SIM card before we can deliver it.

2. Select an LTE item that you want to purchase and then click on Add to Cart.

3. Once the item has successfully been added to your cart, select Your Shopping Cart to view your item.

4. If you are sure about the product and quantity, select Check-Out. If you would like to add products select Continue Shopping.

5. Upon Check Out, it may prompt you to Login again.

How to Recharge:

1. Go to www.store.smartcall.co.za and make sure that you are logged into your account.

2. Select Recharge under the Products list.

3. On the Recharge page, you can either select My Contacts or Another Number.

    My Contacts will allow you to view all your saved contacts, and you can select a contact to recharge. You can also create a new saved contact by selecting Create

    New Contacts.  Enter contact’s name, select the network that they are on and insert their number.

4. If you select Another Number, you can recharge another number once off. You just insert name, their number, select network, the type of recharge and then the

    product.  You can save the contact for future use and you will be able to see the contact under My Contacts.

    If you select a contact to recharge under My Contact you can need to click on the contact’s name. You can also select the Edit button to the edit the contact, or

    delete to remove the contact from your list.

5.  When you are recharging the contact select the Type and Product. 

6.  Once you are satisfied with the purchase select Recharge to prompt a payment page. You can choose to pay with your credit card or Smartload funds. 

7. If Credit Card Payment is selected it will automatically take you through to a banking site where online banking steps will take place.

    with payment.

8. If the purchase is successful an SMS will be sent to you with your purchase details.
