Justin Bieber Competition Terms and Conditions

Grand Prize:
One of two double tickets to the Justin Bieber Justice World Tour live concert at the FNB Stadium on 1 October 2022.
Judging Criteria:
All winners are chosen at random.
1. Eligibility
All winners must be 18 years of age or older.
Management, employees and families of Sponsor are prohibited from entering the contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners
2.1. For an entry to stand a chance to win you must purchase any product / products on Store.Smartcall (www.store.smartcall.co.za) before 16 September 2022.
2.2. Winners of this competition will be contacted by an official Smartcall representative on the contact number used on your Store.Smartcall profile. The person receiving and replying to the winner announcement phone call will be considered the winner unless they specify another person as the winner. All Smartcall calls are recorded.
2.3. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.
3. Awarding Prizes
3.1. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.
3.2. By entering the competition, you give the Promoter the right to process your personal information and to validate your entry. No entry will be considered valid until this validation process has taken place.
3.3. Neither Smartcall, nor employees of Smartcall may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner.
3.4. Smartcall is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Smartcall.
3.5. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts to do so as to set out above, then that person’s right to win the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and the Promoter may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining daily qualifiers.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1. This competition runs from 1 February until 16 September 2022.
4.2. The winner will be e-mailed ‘’print at home‘’ tickets.
4.3. All transportation or other costs, to and from the concert venue will be for the account of the winners.
4.4. Smartcall is not liable for anything beyond sending the tickets to the winners.
4.5. If the concert is canceled AND we receive a refund for the tickers we will offer a cash equivalent prize.
